Settlement funds must be available and cannot be borrowed from another person. Organize the relevant accounts held by you or your spouse or common-law partner. Where applicable, gather ownership or valuation records for investments or property separately. If currency controls apply in your country of residence, Manitoba may ask for proof that the funds can be transferred.
