Your eligibility. Your full budget.
Programme and eligibility
The third talent-recruitment round runs from 2 December 2025 to 1 December 2026. High-end, outstanding and advanced-professional categories have different criteria within specified industries. Review programme fit, achievements, assessment and any required local employment. Submission is distinct from selection or residence approval.
Who should request an assessment?
Professionals with a relevant offer, credentials or verifiable achievements seeking the appropriate work or talent category.
Begin with the facts you can document, not a conclusion based on a programme name. Review nationality, current residence, family circumstances and previous refusals before selecting the application office and category. A preliminary assessment identifies the legal route and outstanding evidence; only the competent authority decides an application.
Budget and practical fit
Match the occupation, duties, pay or talent evidence to the route before planning filing. Employer support, credential recognition and professional licensing may be separate prerequisites. Relocation needs fees, documents, housing deposits and initial spending in addition to expected pay. Review resignation, employer changes or altered duties and salary before assuming permission continues.
Evidence to prepare first
Talent category, industry, education and achievements, assessment evidence and employment plan.
Match every claimed fact to an issuing source, date and document. Explain material differences between contracts, bank receipts and tax records. For family applications, establish who owns the resources and who can use them. Do not send confidential records in the initial website form; agree the actual checklist and submission channel after consultation.
Family and timing
List each accompanying person, age, relationship and purpose. Verify dependency, separate fees, health coverage and work or study rights individually. Plan application, appointments, travel and local formalities around the actual procedure. A quoted processing estimate is not an arrival date or an approval promise.

PremierVisa services
01 · Route and eligibility review
Review your background against the selected category, identify evidence gaps and assess whether the route fits work, household and residence plans. Any alternative should explain its different rights and costs, rather than promise the same result.
02 · Case-specific document checklist
Organize the evidence around Talent category, industry, education and achievements, assessment evidence and employment plan. Identify missing records, translation or legalization requirements and documents with limited validity. The client confirms accuracy; requirements come from the competent authority.
03 · Staged application preparation
Map the preparation, filing, appointment and follow-up stages under the written engagement. Where licensed local representation or another regulated professional is required, confirm the provider, authority and separate scope before work begins.
04 · Fees, milestones and ongoing conditions
Request a written scope with deliverables, responsibility, payment stages, third-party charges and cancellation terms. Following a decision, review the actual grant, arrival requirements and continuing obligations. Renewal and permanent residence are separate services unless expressly included.
Application sequence
1. Background and purpose
Confirm the actual applicant, household, destination purpose and chosen legal category.
2. Requirements and evidence
Check Talent category, industry, education and achievements, assessment evidence and employment plan before committing to a course, property, employer or company arrangement.
3. Written plan and engagement
Agree the checklist, responsibilities, budget and professional scope. Allow for missing documents and appointment availability.
4. Application and authority review
Follow the current filing procedure, provide accurate evidence and respond to valid requests. Submission is not approval.
5. Decision and continuing obligations
Read the grant before travel. Complete applicable local formalities and retain records for future review or renewal.
Fees and required records
The figures in the eligibility section describe qualifying capital, earnings or programme payments where applicable. They are not an all-inclusive PremierVisa price. Ask for separate government, professional, third-party, investment/deposit and household figures. Refundability and access to committed funds differ; recheck the official schedule before payment.
Start with identity and household details, present status, application history and the programme-specific evidence above. Confirm which issuing bodies, certified translations, legalization and validity periods apply. A different consulate or household can require a different checklist. The first consultation needs a background summary rather than confidential originals.
From checklist to application evidence
Prepare a timeline of the facts relied on for eligibility, with each document linked to the relevant period, issuing body and applicant. Identify what is original, independently verifiable or still incomplete. For foreign-currency figures, retain the original denomination and conversion basis rather than replacing every statement with a converted total. Do not edit official records to remove inconvenient differences; establish whether a correction, explanation or new certified document is needed. The assessment can then distinguish evidence gaps from conditions that the applicant does not meet.
Plan payment and document dates together
Link the proposed payments to the actual filing, transaction and approval stages. Confirm who receives each amount, what it pays for, when it becomes committed and whether it is refundable. Check whether the funds must remain available or invested, and whether a later stage needs fresh evidence. Keep household contingency funds separate and request a revised assessment if the source, ownership or availability of money changes.
Questions before you apply
Do a degree or high salary guarantee eligibility?
No. The category can require specific professions, employers, income definitions or recognition evidence. A degree, title and salary are only part of the assessment.
Can I request advice without complete documents?
Yes. Begin with a concise background and the evidence you already have. The assessment should identify what remains to be checked before a formal application or transaction.
Can my household use the same permission?
Assess each relative separately under the actual category, including dependency and any excluded family routes. Work, study and stay conditions can differ from the principal applicant.
Are approval and timing guaranteed?
No. Evidence preparation, capacity, appointments, policy and authority assessment all matter. The plan can track deadlines and outstanding work, but cannot promise a decision or date.
What happens if my circumstances change?
Review changes in employment, earnings, family, investments or residence before relying on the original plan. New evidence or a different category may be needed. Keep the actual permission and deadlines under review.
Request a programme assessment
Tell us which programme you are considering, your present location, household size, relevant employment/income/resources and desired timing. We can use that summary to discuss eligibility, evidence gaps and a written service proposal. Use the existing PremierVisa assessment form; do not upload passports, bank statements or other sensitive records in the initial inquiry.
