Indonesia E33G Application Documents: Overseas Work Agreement, Passport, Bank Evidence and Online Records
The E33G initial electronic file should match the applicant's real identity, overseas work and finances. The official list includes a valid passport, recent colour photograph, resume, itinerary, bank evidence and work agreement with a company established outside Indonesia. Uploading documents, paying government charges, visa issuance and admission to Indonesia are separate stages.
Build an index around the actual person
List each document's purpose, issuer, period, version and present status. Use the passport name consistently while retaining evidence of genuine name changes or aliases where relevant. The index is a practical aid, not a guarantee that no additional material will be requested.
Identify the company by its legal name and establishment location. A product brand, payroll platform and employer can have different names; explain the actual relationship rather than silently replacing one with another.
Check the passport and photograph
The official initial passport requirement is at least six months of remaining validity. The photograph is a recent colour image from within the last year, with the applicable specifications to be followed.
Retain a clear, complete and readable record. If a passport will be renewed, confirm how that affects the actual application before creating duplicate accounts or submitting different passport details in parallel. A new document should not conceal the person's existing travel or application history.
Make the work agreement reflect the real arrangement
The agreement should identify the relevant overseas company and genuine work relationship. Explain the applicant's responsibilities and the actual remote arrangement with the company.
A service invoice, shareholder dividend and employment agreement are different records. Translation must preserve the original legal meaning; it should not convert an independent fee into salary or create a relationship the parties have not established. Where a clause is unclear, obtain a genuine explanation from the responsible company.
Separate the two banking purposes
The official list asks for recent three-month statements addressing at least US$2,000 or equivalent living funds, and bank evidence of at least US$60,000 annual salary or income. A high balance does not by itself answer both questions.
Link payment dates, bank credits, payer names and original currencies to the actual work documents. Explain genuine differences caused by currency conversion or fees. A self-prepared table can help an assessor follow the records, but it does not change what the bank or company has certified.
Keep the resume, itinerary and translations accurate
The resume and travel plan should reflect the current work and intended stay. Do not copy a previous applicant's dates or describe a local business activity as tourism to fit a preferred label.
Use the actual system and authority instructions for document language, translation or certification. Do not assume every Chinese document is accepted unchanged, or that the authentication requirements of a different Indonesian visa automatically apply. Preserve originals and the translated versions together.
Control the electronic account and retain formal receipts
The official E33G guidance requires an eVisa account and electronic PDF or JPEG records under the stated process. Keep appropriate control of the account, contact details and formal notifications, including where a professional helps prepare the file.
The visa's 90-day use period and the one-year stay are distinct. The official page states that limited-stay and re-entry permissions are issued when admission is granted at the immigration checkpoint. Review the actual documents received, save the application and payment records, and answer any formal request against the submitted version. A private receipt or an optimistic timetable should not be reported as government approval.
