Immigration case library: Australia, United States and Canada
PremierVisa Group's case library brings together published visa, nomination, invitation and skills assessment records by project. Read the reviewed case summaries, then follow the original records. Different decision stages are clearly distinguished.
How to read these records
Visa grants, nomination approvals, sponsorship decisions, RCB advice, skills assessments and invitations are different outcomes. Bridging Visa A is not a subclass 186 grant. Multiple family documents, different stages and language versions are not counted as separate clients.

Browse all original records by project
This index covers the success-case Blog records and the original case gallery at the time of compilation. Language versions with identical image sets share one document entry. A/G references are library references, not client or government application numbers. Original titles organise the records; the notice itself determines the subclass, date and decision stage.
Australia 186 Employer Nomination
Distinguish nomination approval from a visa grant. Bridging Visa A is not a subclass 186 grant.
Original case gallery references: G001, G002, G003, G004, G005, G028, G029, G030, G031, G032, G034, G036, G037, G038. These records may include multiple family documents or stages of one case.
Australia 189 Skilled Independent
Confirm the subclass and Granted status in the notice. EOI invitations and skills assessments are separate stages.
Australia 190 Skilled Nominated
Read invitations for state nomination, nomination approvals and subclass 190 visa grants separately.
Australia 191 Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional)
A subclass 191 outcome is distinct from earlier subclass 491 or 494 decisions.
Australia 491 Skilled Work Regional
The provisional subclass 491 stage differs from a permanent visa grant. Check each notice's duration and conditions.
Australia 482 Employer Sponsored Work
Sponsorship, nomination and subclass 482 visa decisions have separate documents. A 482 outcome does not establish a subclass 186 grant.
Australia 485 Temporary Graduate
Graduate visa records do not establish the outcome of any later skilled migration or permanent residence application.
Australia 500 Student
A student visa decision differs from course admission and any later work or permanent residence application.
Australia 600 Visitor
Read the validity, duration and conditions of visitor notices; they do not establish work or permanent residence approval.
Australia 820 Partner
Subclass 820 is a different stage from subclass 801. Use the subclass explicitly recorded in each notice.
Australia 309 Partner
Confirm the subclass in partner visa records; a subclass 309 notice does not establish a subclass 100 grant.
Australia 400 Short Stay Work
Short stay work records do not establish long-term work or permanent residence approval.
Australia Skills Assessments
A skills assessment is an assessment outcome, not a visa grant. Check the assessing body, occupation code and result.

Australia Employer Sponsorship and Nominations
Sponsorship, employer nomination and applicant visa decisions have different scopes. Refer to the original notices.

Historical projects and current policy
188 Investor and Entrepreneur records are historical: BIIP closed to new applications on 31 July 2024. National Innovation replaced Global Talent in December 2024. Old 187 and ACT invitation records are presented according to their original decision stage. Old rules, quotas and timelines are not current application guidance.
Frequently asked questions
Does provincial nomination or I-140 approval prove permanent residence? No. IRCC separately decides Canadian permanent residence applications, and an I-140 approval notice is not a US immigrant visa or green card.
Can these records establish a company-wide success rate? The library does not contain a verified denominator of all accepted, refused, withdrawn and pending matters. It therefore does not publish an inferred success rate or unique client total.
Will my application receive the same outcome? Historical records reflect the evidence and decision at that time. Your eligibility, documents and applicable rules require a separate assessment.
