If the first available appointment is after the deadline in your subclass 191 Hong Kong stream health examination letter, tell Home Affairs by attaching details in ImmiAccount. Start by checking who received the request, their HAP ID, the examinations required and the deadline.
Check the notice for each family member
People on the same application may receive different examination requests. Use each person’s own HAP ID when booking. In Australia, arrange examinations with Bupa Medical Visa Services. Outside Australia, check the Home Affairs list for an approved panel physician or clinic. If family members are in different locations, check availability separately.
Explain the delay in ImmiAccount
Identify the affected applicant, the deadline in their letter, when you contacted the provider and the earliest date available. If an appointment is confirmed, include that date and attach the confirmation or clinic correspondence if available. Keep checking ImmiAccount for further instructions.
For example, the main applicant may have an appointment before the deadline while a dependant can only book for the following week. The main applicant can attend as planned. Provide a separate explanation and booking details for the person affected by the delay.
If you need to change the appointment location
Check whether there is an approved clinic at the new location and confirm how to book using the existing HAP ID. Cancel or change an appointment promptly if you cannot attend. If the revised date is still after the deadline, update Home Affairs through ImmiAccount.
