Already hold an Entrepreneur stream visa? Review your existing subclass 188 case, business evidence and possible next steps towards subclass 888.

Key points before you apply

The subclass 188 program closed to new applications on 31 July 2024. This service is for existing 188E cases. A potential permanent visa application requires assessment of the criteria applicable to your grant and stream.

Review your grant and nomination history

Prepare the grant date, visa conditions and information about your state or territory nomination. Any extension or earlier application history may also be relevant to the review.

Organise evidence of your entrepreneurial activity

Discuss your role, the business activity undertaken and the records supporting your outcomes. We can help you identify documentation gaps and questions to resolve before the next application stage.

Use an existing-holder checklist

This is not an offer to lodge a new 188E application. A future 888 application depends on your circumstances and the applicable requirements. We do not guarantee permanent residence or an approval timeframe.

Speak with our Hong Kong team

PremierVisa Group offers consultations in English. Tell us your current location, the pathway you are considering and your main question. We will discuss the scope of assistance and next steps for your circumstances. Please avoid sending passport numbers or confidential records in an initial WhatsApp enquiry.

Official information

Policy reference checked on 8 October 2026. Requirements may change; check the official source before applying.
