Already hold a subclass 188 Investor stream visa? Review your existing case and the evidence relevant to a possible subclass 888 application.

Key points before you apply

The Business Innovation and Investment Program closed to new subclass 188 applications on 31 July 2024. This consultation is for existing 188B cases. A future 888 application depends on meeting the rules applicable to your visa and stream.

Start with your original visa history

Bring the grant date, stream and conditions of your visa, plus details of state or territory nomination. Requirements can differ according to when and how your provisional visa was obtained.

Review your investment and residence records

Discuss the evidence you have retained and any gaps that need clarification. We can help you prepare a document checklist for reviewing compliance and the next application stage.

Avoid using a new-applicant checklist

This service does not offer a new 188B application. Your existing case requires its own assessment. Investment records, nomination and other criteria should be reviewed before planning a permanent visa application.

Speak with our Hong Kong team

PremierVisa Group offers consultations in English. Tell us your current location, the pathway you are considering and your main question. We will discuss the scope of assistance and next steps for your circumstances. Eligibility and outcomes depend on individual facts and the relevant authorities.
