Australia NIV Entrepreneur Consultation | PremierVisa
An innovative founder needs more than a company registration. Review the strength of your entrepreneurial achievements and the evidence supporting your contribution.
Key points before you apply
Entrepreneurs may be considered under the invitation-only National Innovation Visa, subclass 858. This is not subclass 188. Age-related exceptional-benefit rules and English or second-instalment requirements must be checked.
Focus on demonstrable business impact
Discuss innovation, commercial traction, independent recognition and your own role in building the business. We help you identify which claims have documentary support and which need further work.
Prepare a founder evidence pack
Bring a concise founder CV, an overview of the product or service, and selected evidence of measurable outcomes. Do not share confidential investor or customer information in an initial enquiry.
Plan the next step realistically
Starting or buying a business alone does not establish NIV eligibility. We can discuss EOI preparation and the questions to resolve before you invest further time in the pathway. Invitations and visa outcomes are not guaranteed.
Speak with our Hong Kong team
PremierVisa Group offers consultations in English. Tell us your current location, the pathway you are considering and your main question. We will discuss the scope of assistance and next steps for your circumstances. Eligibility and outcomes depend on individual facts and the relevant authorities.
